Employees can choose between different work styles. The S7 offers a collaboration hub empowered with multifunctional settings and flexible enough to hold a department meeting as well as focus offices and designated areas for concentration. When a pause from concentration is needed, the S7 provides the employees with a Game Room and a Health Centre: training and shower facilities are on hand. Spaces for power naps are available. Employees with kids are welcome to use the day care center.

The S7 is dedicated to the well-being of employees. The philosophy behind the S7 is summarized by our belief that the employee is worth more than the workplace. We have practiced what we preached in every stage, starting from the concept and finishing with public promotion of an employee-centrist attitude.

The S7 has integrated features of open communal space and is gradually being accepted by local communities. With intensively developed social infrastructure in the vicinity, the S7 is set to become the local meeting point.

The S7 is situated in a commercial area that is undergoing rapid transformations. Former factories become shopping malls and residential buildings are circling in on them. We see this as an opportunity for integration: instead of a mundane building, we presented the community with a comfortable, welcoming, safe and intriguing environment. Complementing the existing landscape with the most up to date architectural solutions, we form links between businesses and communities. Our goal is to facilitate the links into relationships that benefit all stakeholders.

This notion guided the design towards inclusiveness and openness: we see acceptance by the local community as one of essential features to determine whether the project is a success.
